About Us
T & L Abatement and Remediation Inc. is a locally owned company owned and operated by Tom & Lyanne Campbell, life long residents of the Fredericton/Oromocto areas.
In 1981 Tom started at the bottom in the Abatement and Remediation Industry with a well-known Canadian company. Soon after, the projects completed at this company were under his supervision and guidance and he was the responsible educator and contact for the duration of each project.
Along with carpentry experience, Tom brings over 30 years’ experience in providing cost-effective, timely and safe solutions for the removal, disposal and decontamination of asbestos, lead, PCB’s, mold, and in 2011, Infection Control for Construction.
Tom has worked closely with several environmental consultants and government personnel throughout the years and is very well known in the industry.
Tom is also knowledgeable and experienced in fire stop, smoke seal and spray applied fireproofing.
The Guys
To meet the growing demand for our services in and around NB, we are fortunate to have Eldon Campbell, Tom’s brother, as our Project Manager/Safety Officer! Yes, the Campbell brothers are back in action and better than ever!
Along with Tom’s 30+ years, Eldon also offers over 30 years’ experience in commercial, industrial and residential hazmat services. He has successfully managed the largest to date Infection Control project in Eastern Canada at the Moncton City Hospital worth well over a million dollars in places like Bermuda and Labrador City, NFLD with crews of up to 50 men. He is a leader in safety in this competitive construction environment. His other credits and expertise are spray fireproofing, fire stopping, intumescent paint and epoxy coatings, small blue skin projects; spray cellulose attic projects large or small!
Eldon’s main goal is the same; to make the client happy with the way they spend their money, keeping safety first at all times. Obtaining COR Certification was one of our proudest moments yet!
